Business execs on tap for McCain fundraisers

U.S. Sen. John McCain, R-Ariz., is getting some deep-pocketed help from CEOs and business executives for his presidential campaign.
McCain has upcoming fundraisers set for Dallas, Houston, San Antonio, Chicago, Minneapolis, Cleveland and Cincinnati.
The list of high-profile donors includes:
* Houston investment banker, money manager and art collector Fayez Sarofim.
* Texas car dealer Red McCombs.
* Cleveland Indians baseball team owner Lawrence Dolan.
* Oil executives Mercer Reynolds and William DeWitt, who were involved in a merger with an energy company headed by President George W. Bush
* Minnesota-based Life Time Fitness Inc. CEO Bahram Akradi
* Craig Duchossois of Illinois, CEO of Duchossois Industries Inc. which owns Churchill Downs Inc., home of the Kentucky Derby.
Both Sarofim and McCombs show up on Forbes' and other lists of the wealthiest Americans.
