Sarah Palin's husband won't testify, but the committee says it will still issue a report on the scandal on October 10.So much for the transparency that the Palins say they would offer. It is just the same ole, same ole with politicians hiding their misdeeds. Claiming innocence everywhere but where it matters because they act as if they are above the law.
