A seaons for storms?

doesn't there seem like there are a ton of hurricanes and storms lately. So many natural disasters back-to-back yet so many still seem to spend time tearing apart those who don't look like them, think like them, pray like them. can't we do better, were we not made for better.
lets do better. not a one of us in in complete control of the happenings in the world
